I reccomend that you replace the rotors they may be warped, but only after you verify that the calpier is not sticking.

Change your pads and see if that works. If not then resurface or change your rotors.

yeah, rotors and rebuild your calipers. it may be sticking, but even if its not the case, then at least you know you shouldnt have problems with the calipers for a few more years.

goodluck

I have the same problem, i just rule out break pads, rotors, and axle.

after intensive break bleeding, car test drives, ( more than 5 times )

I figure it was the caliper..

slight movement is okay (back and fort, towards engine) on the rotors without wheel on, about a quature of an inch. because when you put the wheels on it'll be tight on.

remember, the break pads holds the rotor along with the wheel and lug nut.

anyways, i installed my front passenger wheels and no movement. * good *

so i did my front driver side, bleed and bleed and bleed again.

i notice there was more movement then normal. so i check brackets, nuts, etc and everything is there. also, i check break hose for any leaks or loose nuts. ( none) okaay... so i scratch my head * shrugs *

i thought * hey maybe its okay and put the wheel on and it'll tighten up *
**wrongo!**
i installed my wheels and there was so !!double trouble!! and double the movement!!! * BAD BAD BAD* i'm not even kiddin.

i put my car back on the ground and u can totally tell that the wheels looks like its going to come off.

in short, ive come to conclusion that i have a fualty caliper.

i just waiting for "pickaparts" 50% off yard sale so i can pick one up.

about $15-30 for a use one.

well...i figure out the vibration. it was because my bolt to the axle was simi loosen on my driver side. (dangerous)

but still have a problem... i get really weird sqeeky and rattling noise from my passenger side....

realllyyyyyyyyy louddd.. like something scratching or banging.

so its a big problem.

when i figure that out i'll fill everyone in on it. but if anyone have a clue on this let me know.

so huerdo623, i suggest taking off your wheels and check rotors, brakes, pads, bolts, etc to see if anything is loose or broken.
