The thought crossed my mind but I'm already into this car for 10k and I may be able to get 6k out of it. So I have decided after the rebuild and drop I'm done with my es. Plus I already got the stuts off the bay for 250 shipped.

I've got Tanabe DF210 springs & I regret not going lower.

If I was keeping the car I'd switch over to

How much did your springs drop cuz the ones I was looking at were a 1.8'' drop. I see in your sig you might be parting out if so I do first dibs on your jdm corners I will come get them

Choas you make a decision on the springs yet? I should have my teins in next weekend. I'll take b4 and after pics.

I think I read in another post that you are going with the teins as well. Maybe you should hold off until you see the results from my install?

Hey LexGrl702!

I'm planning to. I just ordered them the other day so I haven't gotten it yet. I did receive an email today informing me they were shipped. I was planning to have them installed this weekend but it doesn't look like I have all of the parts by then.

I'm planning to do b4 and after pics. I did read on other posts that they take a couple of weeks to settle so the measurements won't be accurate until they settle. I'm planning to do an alignment about 3 or 4 weeks after its installed.

With the DF210 springs I've got about a 2 1/2 finger space between the fender and the wheel all around. With the Intrax springs I heard you can hardly fit in one finger. If you go with Intrax you'll have to have the fenders rolled which I did back in November. Even with the DF210 springs I was rubbing on 19" rims.

& Yea I'll hit you up once I pull out the JDM corners.

^SWEEEET I would love some jdm corners smitty is working on some for me but its going slow. I think I'm not gonna go with that much of a drop because I realized I'm into my es for about $10k and its worth about $5k-$6k and rolling isn't really a profitable investment. Plus there is a huge drop and pothole at the end of my street and I don't wana bottom out every time I drive the es.

Chaos, are you dropping the front and rear the same size? What if you have three people in your back seat? I can't wait to see the difference. Post before and afters, I've been watching this thread anxiously. My fiancee thinks I am obsessed with modifying my car, but I don't know anything so I'm learning from you guys before I make any changes to my lex :-)

Front and rear 1.8" and I'm putting my 2 12's in the back as well. Thats why I'm leaning towards the tein springs because it isn't such an extreme drop.

Default seems like you guys know what your talking about

Just wondering, do they even make springs for the es300 or did you have to use springs manufactored for another car? ie camry? do you know if they are making or if springs for es350 exist? thanks!

Well theres most certainly a decent selection of springs for the ES300 . . e.g. Tanabe , Intrax , etc.

The ES350 on the other hand I am not too sure about. Off hand I remember reading a thread in the 350 section where people were saying theres no official springs for the 350 but that Camry springs might work.
