hi i have a 2003 es 300 with nav i would like to remove radio to add ipod connection could anyone help thanks

Pull up on trim piece around shift lever to remove, Grab the whole trim piece, not just the wood section. Once removed, You will need to yank out the A/C controls. Once removed, Take out 4 10mm bolts under radio assy, then yank out the radio to dissengage clips.
