Default How Long Do Coils Last?
i took my 99 ES in this morning to find out why my car just started misfiring and they said that one of my coils went out. how long do coils last? my engine has around 115k miles on it. i used to own a maxima with individual coils and they lasted over 180k miles with no problems. has anyone else ever had any coils go out on them?

Its an electrical component, it can fail at any time
