Drivers Door Wont Open!!
SUP PPLS....Ok, If I try the key on the drivers side it goes to the lock position fine but when I turn it towards the unlock position it only goes alittle & doesn't work. Also the buttons stuck from the inside. All other buttons/locks on the other doors work I have no problem taking it apart & trying to fix it myself, but how if I cant open the door!?! Please help guys..thanks

I had the exact same problem and did not want to damage the door panel so i took it to toyota... bad news $300 labor and $300 parts (new lock/latch assy)with no guaranty of a damage free job... good news the tech that did it did very little damage to the window wiper rubber on the door panel...

ok
on my car i turn the key to unlock, then lock, then unlock, in that sequence, no stoping, just bang right, left, right and then it's unlocked. if i just turn right to unlock like you are, then i have the same problem you have.
however, i usualyl dont care about that since ij ust use the remove unlocker
im in jersey too, 'south' jersey [more like central technically] i live in cherry hill area
i think CL is hard to follow. CL means craigslist and clublexus. many of us use both and i'ts confusing. anyone else have that happen all the time ?

wow Jersey in the house. llcoolpass, I'm near Collingswood.
I'm sorry Jflaco for interrupting your thread. Btw, if you are in South Jersey I have a shop that works on Lexs. http://www.iserviceimports.com/index2.html
They guarantee their work, but they don't let you bring your own part, oil, etc. I'd call them and get an estimate or whatnot. Can't hurt, they might actually point you in the right direction for fixing your door.
