All lexus come with 4300K temp HID. I don't think with a 5700k difference that it looks like it came Lexus

No worries =)

All I was trying to say is that the the ES with it's factory projectors will be a great candidate for an HID conversion kit. Going with a 4300k or 6000k kit will look/function very similar to OEM.

I love to go HID too... but the law in Victoria, Australia states that if it is not original and/or adjustable in term of cutoff.. then I going to run into problems with my insurance.

Anyone know another way to get around this ??

Buy a new car with OEM HID's
They are illegal in CA too because they are not OEM. You'll just have to accept the risk if you install them in your car.

I personally suggest going with a 4300k set up to obtain the most OEM look/feel.

4300k is what I have in mine. You can tell I have HID's, but nothing to draw attention. I also live in the woods with no street lights, so I got the 4300k due to having, what I think (correct me if I am wrong), the best light output, while being the easiest ont he eye's.

You are correct. 4300k would offer you the brightest output.
