There's probably an company in your area that services interiors for local dealers. That can easily (and for cheap too) be refurbished/dyed etc. No need to take it completely apart.
These things pop up on ebay all the time, and they go for pretty cheap. I wouldn't dye those pieces because they aren't as durable as the solid vinyl material.

They're usually dyed from the factory. I've grown up in a shop and provided the restorer knows what they're doing, then it will last for years.
