Does anyone have custom exhausts for there 2000 ES300? I would get the obx one on ebay, but im afraid it will be a raspy sound. I want to change the tip and full piping, but also don't want to spend much on it lol.

Depends on what you want it to sound like. There used to be the Rod Millen exhaust for the RX300, which was a direct hookup without soldering and would be similar to yours, but everything else is a custom weld job.
