to add to the previous things said:
the following timing belt components should be replace: the idler, the tensioner, and the hydraulic tensioner

the two drive belts should also be changed at this time.

so it's timing belt, the components, the water pump, the spark plugs, maybe the thermostat[so cheap], the valve cover gaskets, coolant flush [if doing water pump], maybe the spark plug wires.

inspect condition of the accessory pulleys and motor mounts before doing, as well as a host of other things.

as far as everything else, timing belt and serpentine belts should be replaced. id only replace the water pump if it looked a little shabby. the tensioners should be fine. just check to make sure the pullys dont have a wobble to them when the car is running, they might need tightened up or replaced. but chances are youd notice some sounds that would clue you in to the pullys needin replaced

I just had my timing belt and tensioner replaced yesterday by a friend of mine.

Timing belt $40
Tensioner $70

I paid my friend $150 and he also replaced the drive belt at no charge. What a guy! I changed the water pump at 270K and I'll replace it again at 450K miles...
