ES300 stall
I have a 1999 ES300. When I start the car in the morning and put it into gear and start moving it dies. If I wait for minute or so before putting it in gear it works OK.
The dealer first replaced the Idle Air Control (IAC) motor but this did not fix the problem. A week later they replaced the Throttle Position Sensor but it is still doing thhe same thing. They now want me to bring it in again for more tests and more $$$.
Well it is now fixed. The dealer replaced the Mass Air Flow Sensor and that fixed the problem. The nice part is that they did it for free!
