WILL 92 ES300 Rims fit 2001 GS430/400 ?

I have my original rims (92 ES300) for sale and a buyer wants to know if
they will fit his 01 GS430/400 as he needs rims for the short term.

Lug pattern is the same but it might not clear the calipers on the GS. ( bigger brakes )
Also the offset is different.

I thought so. Appreciate the info and I'll pass it on to poor owner of the
GS 430/400 whose car got stolen but retrieved. He just needs rims and tires
short term before he goes stylin' again. Thanks!
