I guess the good news (I know that's hard to see) but the good news is it looks like they stayed off your light assembly and nice wheels.
Owned a body shop. A good body-man can pull that out and only need a skim coat of mud. Or you might be about the same to look into an aftermarket fender.
A good shop could fix it well either way. You want a quality non-noticeable repair but seeing as your own pocket is taking the hit you probably want to consider age etc.

Seriously sucks... people are extremely careless! Some ***** dented the **** out of my door last week in front of my face! (Got the plate...all good!) I am extremely **** about my paint so in order to perfectly match it, I'm going to wait for a untouched door to show up at the local dealer. Unless you know a good body shop, I wouldnt bother with pulling the fender back because the strength has already been compromised and things wont line up properly. PAY FOR BRAND NEW PARTS! All in all it could have been worse... Good Luck!
