Alright heres the pickle, when i use my caution flashers they flash in a normal speed, only on the back tho, i just replaced the bulbs in the front and i still aint getting nothing, neither on the fog lights, checked all fuses, nothing wrong.

Anyone have a similar expirence to what im dealing with? what would be the quickest and cheapest way of fixing the problem?

Try cleaning the contacts on the bulb sockets. Turn on the blinkers and see if they're getting any voltage with a reader.

Could also be a fuse, look at your manual and you will be able to find which fuse you would need to look at, if it looks very black, or burnt, you should go ahead and replace it. Fuses are pretty cheap, so you should probably pick some up whether or not you actually need them.

ive tryed cleaning the bulb sockets and all the fuses checked out good. Still no luck.... any other advice?

Replace the bulbs. Even though the bulb still works, its nearing the end of its life and will trigger the 'hyper blinker'
