Default Successfully reached 100k miles!!!

My 2000 ES reached 100k miles today !. For the last eight years, I never had any issues and only takes her to dealer for regular oil changes and maintenance services.

Even today it runs very smooth.......

Not surprised. Its a Lexus
You should replace the timing belt and water pump sometime in the next 15,000 miles.

Thanks for the wishes.

That picture was taken by my wife. She was driving the vehicle when it hit 100k mark. I am targetting 200k and beyond on this vehicle. Hope I could achieve that.

I did a very detailed 90K service to replace timing belt/other belts, water pump, powered engine clean-up, transmission flush (not drain & fill) etc. Only thing remaining is to replace spark plugs at 120K.

congrats man, I'm dreading my 120,000 mile service. I don't think the previous owner got the timing belt or the water pump replaced when she was supposed to, so it should be nice and expensive on top of what its already going to cost.

check that timing belt. and congrats. i myself jus hit 155000 in my 95 es. had a 97 ford t-bird that hit 200,000. wrapped it around a pole and when the police got there they had to reach in and turn the ignition off cus she was still running. jus goes to show that regular maintenance pays off

Completely agrees on that .....
After 8 years with over 100k miles, mine still accelerates smoothly, no hesitation, no sludge, not a single $ of repair expense etc. It is worth spending on regular maintenance than on major repair, in my opinion.

Seriously you got to love the car when it has that kind of rock solid Reliablity, I'm almost 70,000 KM on my Windom and it's still going strong I can't wait till I hit 100,000 KM, even though thats just shy of the 100,000 miles mark. Congradulations on 100k now onwards to 200k!!

Congrats on hitting 100K miles! You'll definitely will be able to hit 200K and 300K no problem. I recently hit 300K miles last year...
