I need to know the size of the woofer, I am assuming its a 10, but I haven't gotten a good look at it.

Did a search and couldn't find anything on the size.. not even on google

Anyways, if someone could get me the size I would greatly appreciate it.

I saw a 99 ES300 for sale with a PUNCH woofer replacement at some car dealer. It sounded pretty good to me. Not too sure if it was the same size though.

Well what I was planning on doing, is keeping the 8" in the back window, and also get the 12" I was looking at. I think it would sound decent.

the 12 might jus drone out the 8. honestly, if ur jus goin for sound quality and dont wanna bang out bass like ur straight outta the hood id go wit a blaupunkt or kenwood compact powered subwoofer. but thats just me
