I can't seem to locate the interior fuse box for the common fuses (lights, outlets, ect...)

According to the manual it should on the driver's side, I'm assuming somewhere to the left of the steering wheel. Only things I have to been able to locate is the little compartment where I keep my change and cigarettes, and the hood release need the bottom of the panel.

Just got back in from looking. Couldn't see it under there. Found the diagnostics input, some *** above and to the right of that, which I have no idea what it does (if you happen know let me know, because you twist it, but I have no idea what its for) found the blower for the climate control, and a few other plug ins, but no fuse box

I'll try and get some pictures so you can see my driver's side dash.

Alright I found the damn thing. I had to remove the little compartment that I use for my change and cigarettes.
