Hi,
I recently bought a 1999 Lexus ES 300 with 150K miles in it.
When I was test riding it, I observed a sound from breaks and some sort of sound from steering. I was told by the seller that break pads may needs to be changed and it won't cost more than a 100 bucks. And he didn't drove the vehicle often so it needs some oil flush for a smoother ride.

So, I managed to get some discount on the car price for the top of above problems.

Also, when he gave me the keys I checked the CD changer and radio but they were not working.

He said its a fuse problem.

Can any one of you have any idea how much I have to spend to get the above problems corrected?
