Our ES330 has a loose foglight on the passenger side. I noticed that the light is sagging in the opening in the bumper cover. I pulled some of the 10mm screws from the undertray on that side to get access, but I can't tell exactly what's missing. There's a black plastic bracket that goes horizontally to the grille opening in the bumper cover with a 10mm screw, and one on the bottom, with another 10mm. Nothing on the top, though, no loose pieces inside the undertray, and nothing obviously broken off the inside of the cover.

What else is missing here? Nothing appears to be damaged, it's just hanging loose.
