I searched for a while on the forum, but I couldn't find anything.
Recently, I've removed my gauge cluster twice to replace the tach and temp gauge needles. Never touched the speedo. (at least I didn't think so.) But I'm reading way slow. The last couple of those radars the cops put on the side of the road said 57 when my speedo said 50. Said 52 when my speedo said 45. Anyway, obviously I'm like 7mph off. With my hondas, I can just pull the needle out while on the road, and stick it back where it should be. How the hell can I do this with our needles!!!??? I don't even know what I could've done to screw it up...
Thanks you guys..

Thanks for the input. That's crazy! So there's no calibrating a lexus speedo at all? That sucks. How much do spd sensor's run? Anyone that replaced one wanna give me any heads up before I buy and replace??

If that doesn't work then its either the cluster electronics, or something wrong with speed sensor/ outside of the cluster.
