Unfortunately the answer is No - Only the outer body lights light up when the brake is applied.
I really wanted what you want too - all 4 to light up when braking, but I've concluded that it's not going to happen. The inner boot light globes are a small bulb that only has a single filament in it meaning that it won't act as brake lights. I've looked at other double filament globes but they won't fit the socket because the hole on the back of the actual tail lights is too small to squeeze a larger globe in there.
The only time all 4 lights are lit up is when you have your head light/taillights on at night - then all 4 are lit and when you apply the brake only the outer 2 tails lights light up brighter.
I spoke to my auto electrician and the only thing he could do was mod the wiring so the two bootlids globes light up when you press the brake, but there's not really much point in doing this because the outer tails will still light up brighter and it would look silly . Also it wouldn't work at night because the bootlid tails are already on!
It's annoying and a real pity, but I've given up trying to work out a way around it.
