2005 es330 spark plug question
Our 2005 es 330 has over 170,000 miles on it and has had very little recommended maintenance done except tires, brakes, and oil changes since new. Recently it has been slower to start, sometimes requiring a light touch of the accelerator to fire up. My first thought was it needed new spark plugs, but I can't replace them because I can't even find them. I don't mean I can't find new ones; I can't find them on the engine. Any help would be appreciated. Thx

lol ur gonna need a mechanic for the change of the spark plug TRUST ME...i did it on my es330 and its a task in it self.....once u take off the valve cover u will see the spark plugs but the other half of them are only visible if u remove the intake manifold....trust me a mechanic is a good idea...buy ur plugs then give them to him to install

You don't need to remove the valve covers...Just the engine cover, and the intake manifold (for the rear 3). Its pretty easy if you have some mechanical experience, but if in doubt take it to a tech like Johnny said.
