Default URGENT!!! NEED HELP!!!Problem with my Rear Brake during installation

I was installing new rotors and pads on my 02 ES300 today.
and ran into big(i think) problem...(sigh)
well i've done rear left brakes with no problem(rear driver side is rear left right?) but my rear right brakes were all messed up... by the way why do i have brake shoes under my rear rotors?
well my rear Disc Brake Cylinder Assy and Disc Brake Cylinder Mounting
are stuck together and can't take them apart. when i put my new pads and shims and try to close cylinder assy(the one that you swing up to replace pads) my other side were moving freely without focing it. we try to hammer it and oil it and still won't move. now we've tried to hammer it too much and now Disc Brake Cylinder Mounting bracket is messed up. and im stuck now!
what do i do? i know i need to replace disc brake cylinder mounting for sure but it won't even come out from cylinder assy... what are my options? i need help ASAP!!! please need advises....

well what you need to do is get bolt penetrator (Im not sure if they carry it where you are from) or get something like it. Its a liquid formula that you spray on parts that are stuck together such as rusty bolts and stuff.
Let it sit for 5 mins, and spray it down again.
Use a flat piece of metal (around an inch thick), place it against the rotor and with a hammer, smack it really hard right on the middle of the metal to budge the rotor off, this way, it'll distribute the hitting force throughout the rotor. This will make it much easier to get it off, and plus, you wont damage the rotor.
Good luck. They are usually stuck together like that, and it is your job to get it out.
