Backlight for Climate Controls is backwards
Last weekend I installed an iPod system into my car (2005 ES330 with Mark Levinson and Nav). Today I noticed that the backlight for my climate control system is backwards meaning that when the lights are on (i.e. it's night), the backlight is not lit and when the lights are off (or daytime running lights are on), the backlight is lit.
Has anyone experienced this when installing any after-market gear and, if so, any ideas on how to fix? I've thought about simply pulling the connections and re-connecting but thought I'd ask here first.
And now for a bonus question: there is a little black dial under the dash that rotates 360 degrees but I don't know what that's for. Any ideas?
