I just use the leaf blower after taking the back off.... unless you don't have a leaf blower, use the moisture absorbing thing.

I had the same thing happen with my 03. I fixed it by first taking both the turn signal bulb (at the bottom) and the little parking light bulb (at the top) out of the headlamp. Next, I "borrowed" my wife's hair dryer and blew warm air followed by bursts of cool air into the hole that the turn signal bulb came out of. You will see it evaporate in front of you. It will eventually dry in about 10-15 minutes. Just be sure to put the rubber bulb covers back on completely when you are finished.
