I need a better spot to plug in my gadgets on my 1993 es300. The plug now is in the worst spot and it seems to not work sometimes. Anyone ever move it to a different spot that is easier to use? I was with my boss the other day and he couldn't even plug in his phone because I had my Sirius hooked in and my GPS.

 

You can buy an aux 12v socket kit form an auto parts store and install it pretty much anywhere you want. They are pretty inexpensive and come with straight forward installation instructions.

 

^what he said. i suggest one that has a long enough cord to run it under towards the footwell and hide it behind the carpet. also, buy one that has more than just two outlets since you never know what u might need to plug in. as for it not workin sometimes, i know that in the 95s the outlet gets no power with the key in the off position
