The body shop went over the whole car with "Polishing Compound", then buffed it out.

"Polishing Compound" and "Rubbing Compound" are two different things.

okay.. got my car back couple days ago and today i gave it a nice wash.
and i wasn't too happy with it. first of all i asked them to redo the paint job because there were bubbles and secondly there missed couple of spots painting, it looked like someone poked the paint with a needle(small needle spots here and there). after a wash and drying it, looks like they wet-sanded most of the paint they worked on. now it looks like sh#t, there is no shine(gloss) to the paint and you could tell they sanded it and left it alone, and now there is a spot where paint chipped off because they oversprayed it. i am taking it back tomorrow, what do i do? tell them to redo the whole thing? can allstate take any actions against them? allstate recommended gerber but i refused and took it here. what if they don't fix it right?
