2000 - **** under steering wheel
Hi! I've had my 2000 es300 for over about a year and a half now. I've just recently discovered a **** under the steering wheel next to the diagnostics port(?) The **** isn't labeled or anything.
Does anyone know what it adjusts?

^^^ Hes dead on. Test it and lock/unlock your car 
I discovered it after turning off my check engine light a year or so ago, cause my alarm wouldnt make any noise lol
