fuse box location?

on my 98 es300 where is the fuse box under the dash? is it behind a panel or something?

you know that little compartment under your side view mirror adjustment? the fuses are behind that. open the lil door and pull it towards you to remove it. jus empty it first or youll get hit in the face with a bunch of change or whatever you got stashed in there since it takes a bit of force the first time.
