well the idea is to give me something to do and to save a much money as possible because i wanna make this car a flip. I really wanna hone in on my mechanical and detailing skills so buying sub $2k cars, fixing them and selling them is really what i wanna do for now. So i def want to avoid taking the car to a shop as much as possible. I can get the part for $85 online.

I did CV joints on my Probe GT back in the day. The only advice I can give you is get a crobar ?sp? and pound away til it gives. Be sure to eat a big bowl of Wheaties that morning too, you will need it.

Could be something broken on the inside of it. ball barrings messed up the housing and it slips or loose and makes a annoying knocking sound. Maybe some other crap. Send it to me and ill have it fixed fixed for u in no time
