I just replaced my fuel and temp needles on my '93, and now they are reading a little off. What is the procedure for calibrating the needles?? I really don't like guessing how much gas I have. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Hi
1st of all the temp needle is different to the fuel needle.
My suggestion for the fuel needle is to run the car down very low until the low fuel light is on ... go fill up to the maximum fuel until you cant put any more in ... then take the cluster apart and adjust the needle to read maximum... even past the F lettering.
As for the Temp... usually when the car is off... the temp is zero and the needle should be pointing past the letter C.... so take the cluster apart and adjust the needle to point downward as far as posible.
This way when u connect it back and start the car .. the temp should start to increase reading after say 5 mins... then you will know it is working correctly.
If you want to be sure ... get a temp probe and open the radiator cap and measure it .... this only works if the water had circulated through the engine block for true reading + becareful not to burn yourself when you open the radiator cap after the car being on for 5-10 mins.
(Use a rag on top of the cap ... turn slowly and when u know it should open... let go and run away to make sure u dont get burn - it the same as playing chicken) hehehehe
Goodluck !
