es300 brake light flashing?

es300 brake light flashing?
Ok so did work on a 1999 es300 the otherday.
when car came in, everytime you step on the brake the brake light would come on.. I didnt get a chance to check waht it would be, pads are new and fliud is topped so yeah.
anyways did knock sensors on that car, everytime went smoothly and then now the brake light would be flashing but only at night. during the day the brake light doesnt flash, it flashes at night, any ideas what it could mean?

that means one of your bulbs is out.
if the indicator light is always on, then it is a taillight.
If the indicator light only comes on when you step on the brake, then you have a brake light out. Don't forget to check the high mount brake light in the rear window.

This was recently discussed in the RX300 forum. Several people have had failures of the brake fluid level sensor on the top of the brake fluid container, possibly from overfilling. The test is to unplug this sensor and, if the light goes out and the fluid level is OK, it's the sensor. These can be had for about $85 (in the case of the RX300) and retail in the low $100 range.
