97 es300: transmission slippage in reverse
'97 es300
141K miles
3rd owner, since 115K miles
regular maintenance
I am getting a hesitation when I shift to reverse. Feels like transmission is slipping. Transmission fluid level looks fine and clean.
Only happens in reverse.
I will take to my mechanic, but any other things to check first?
I really hope I don't have to replace transmission, as I can't afford right now.
