Will ES350 stock 17" rims fit on an 02 ES300?

Found some ES350 stock 17" rims and was curious if these fit on an 02 ES300 w/o any fit or rubbing issues?

Also, what's the stock 16" wheel oem specs? offset? width? etc?

well they fit my lowered 98 es with no problems... so im guessing you shouldnt have any problems
