Default FYI: 2gen ES300 Cluster Removal DIY Update

I recently realized that my DIY write-up for removing the instrument cluster and replacing the backlighting bulbs had become outdated. It had a link in it to an on-line tutorial on another site for disassembling the cluster. That tutorial no longer exists.
So, I updated the write-up this morning with new photos and steps. It should now be pretty straight forward from beginning to end....hopefully.

Here it is:

Always a helpful source when pictures are taken. In-advanced thank you for helping newcomers.

One quick question, are there any mechanical/electrical differences between the 92-93 clusters and 94-96? I'm not sure if the change from 3vz to 1mz would cause toyota to change up the clusters.

I'm only aware of one minor change. I think a little green "headlights on" icon was added to the cluster display somewhere between '94 and '96. Other than that, I know of no other changes. And in '97 they finally did away with those pesky LED gauge needles that always burnt out.
