I AM CONSIDERING BUYING SOME 20" rims for my 92 es AND I WOULD LIKE TO
KNOW IF I HAVE TO MODIFY MY SUSPENSION ANY?

WHY ARE YOU TALKING IN CAPS!?!? Now why would you want to ruin you es with 20's? Have you ever seen how stupid they look with 20's? To answer your question yes you would so it wouldn't look like a 4x4. Honestly anything over a 16'' you want to change your suspension to get rid of the huge amount of wheel gap you would make. On another note most 20's are very wide and won't fit most of the time the biggest you can go is with 18's or 19's.

Listen to Choas man, 20's will not look good, even with the drop in suspension, it still will not look good. Go out and get yourself a nice pair 18's. And please do not talk in caps in the future, makes it difficult to read.
