need some help

i just lowered my 3es, but now my abs light is on and the traction control light is blinking
how do i fix it?

did you hit the wheel sensors? because lowering your vehicle should not result in abs or trac lights.

i first tried disconnecting da battery for more than 30 min, but dat didnt work so i tried using a code reader to find da codes but it didnt tell me nothing (was a ****ty reader), so i den tried using it to clear/reset it but it didnt work (it must be a really ****ty reader)
