Angry hit and run

well having the terrible luck that i have, my poor car was sideswiped by some jerk in the city. no idea who did it since i was inside eating diner and the car was parked on the curb. anyway heres a look at how its goin so far. its a do it myself kinda thing. i already repainted it once so i kinda half know what im doing.

I looked at the title then the pics, and thought to myself "holy **** that aint no hit and run, thats more like a sand and run". Then i scrolled down and realized that you were doing the work all yourself.

Good job looks good.... there going to be any problems with paint matching though?

And yet, SO impressed that you're able to repair the damage yourself. Major props.

no trouble with matching paint. its not factory since i already repainted the whole car black when i bought it. i jus had to order a lil more and luckily i wrote down the color code

Sorry to hear about that man. Is it a pearl paint? If it is you have to blend up the entire side of the car not just the section.

nope no pearl. i originally was gunna custom mix a batch of something similar to acuras nighthawk black pearl but i decided against it. im still gunna have to blend it into the side. and im debating about repainting the hood since i got showered wit gravel by a semi last month. its still up in the air.

well i decided today that since i have enough paint that im gunna do the hood too. ill have pics up of my progress in a day or so. if anyone can tell me how to upload multiple pics that would be helpful.

ill have the finished pics tomorrow. the cars home now and my garage has poor lighting so the pics are pitch black
