Hi ,
I have a 99 es300 at 138k miles. I recently spotted about 2 or 3 drops of oil drops in my garage underneath the engine. Just 3 drops over a day or two. Havent seen anything constantly leaking. I am not sure where its coming from . Can somone tell me if this is of any concern and where i should be looking at. Can i do these checks myself.?

check your valve covers.
It's a common leak area for this car.

I'd try to trace the area of the leak down and show a photo if possible. Possibilities include what OceanView mentioned for a leak on the valve covers but also there is the outside possibility of a rear main seal leak.
