Maybe? Either way...can't do anything about it. Never dealt with driving below freezing before.

I hope you had some Collinite 476 or 845 on there Tuan

Looks fun though. Did you take your car or did you upgrade?

Wow lucky you, you have almost no snow at all,

here in quebec city
we already had 3 snow tempest!!
( there is about 1 meter of snow, ( 3.3 feet)

what is bad for the clear coat is the clacium that the city use to defrost the streets, its is the origin of all the rust on the cars,
having a good waxing process before winter and a good antirust and your car can do over 10-12 winters....

well if i can il be posting pic of my car, all under the snow!!!

Cool.. We get snow like that in Dallas.. haha

If that happens next time, don't poor hot water to melt the ice on the windshield b/c it'll crack the windshield... That happened to my friend.

Spent 4 hours today shoveling snow off thr driveway....no snow plows came through today.ried to put on the chains today for the car, and snow just got into the car when u open the door to get in....This can't be good for the leather..getting wet, then freezing later..then cracking when u get into the car later
I HATE SNOW hahaha
and i feel sorry for 2nd/3rd gens es w/ frameless windows, cause even regular windows freeze up
Not to mention that we couldn't go to Big Bear city from the cabin for food...I'm kinda hungry right now hhahh

Thats nothing, come to where i am, and imagine it snowing before Halloween, and a lot of it. Well it only happened once, but still, i guess this would be a good time for the Terminator to try out one of his many Hummers

Actually, the frameless windows on my 2000 ES are a big plus.
All windows freeze up in snow country, where its mild one day, and
frozen the next.
In drivethroughs, I just open my door, gently nudge the top of my glass,
and the window breaks through any ice.
With a framed window (like my old LS), I was always waiting to break a
window regulator or burn out a motor.

That other guy was me. So you were the other 2ES. It would have been great to meet you in person. I was there with my girlfriend and her daughter. I'll post pics in the aftermath December meet thread...

Made it safely down the mountain today with snow chains (first time putting on snow chains) . I'm impressed w/ the Lexus's ability to dampen the vibration from them, not even a rattle
