Rim/Tire Sizes for 1996 ES300
I know this has been brought about before, but I can't seem to find the thread that mentioned it. Do any of you guys know what a good width would be for a 1996 ES300, I am thinking 17" rims, and I know I need a 5-lug pattern, but I'm not sure about the width and offset. Any information you guys can provide would be very helpful, thanks in advance.

RIMs & Tires
For a 17" X 7 Rims you can go with 215/50/17 or 215/45/17 depending on how low of a profile you want. But if the streets in your town are messed up in certain places you may want to stick to a higher profile on the tire like the 215/50.
If you go with a 17 x 7.5" rim . You may want to go with a 225/45/17. A good resource for what tire you can go with is tires.com or tirerack.com. They have a virtual wheel try-on program that will suggest tire sizes based on the rim diameter you choose. Just in case I am selling a set of 16 inch Detata DT 115. with V-rated Bridgestone Turanza tires for $860. they are new...in case you are interested. here is a pic
