Default 93 es air ride build

like the post says. air ride build this is my attempt at building a nice affordable air system. keep in mind that i am broke and this will take me maybe a year to finish, but i will supply everyone with pictures along my way and any info i can give. hopefully others in the es brotherhood can find other ways to do it better. so here it goes.

i bought most of the major parts from a friend down the street from me. ramses from winnig edge customs.

http://myworld.ebay.com/edgemotorwor...MEFSX:SELLERID

i starting with engine management. heres what i have so far.

steel 5 gallon tank 4 port
2 viair 400 air compressors
2 power distribution blocks
1 80 amp soleniod
misc 3/8 fittings bought everywhere
145 pressure switch
2 kobalt water traps
2 quick relases for flat tire.

thats everything on the drawing board. and this is everything put together and painted.

more to come soon as i build up more funds.

thanks for the support. please keep in mind that the es i got has been through alot. it's been in my wifes family since 93 new and it have 280,xxx miles on it. but it runs strong. the body needs new paint and a lil bit of work. but all in time my friends. next on the list is to order either my valves or the struts and brackets. i figure i'd do the suspension before body work so i can just get it out of the way. my paint dude is going through hard times and i wanna save a lil bit more money before i try to low ball him for a paint job. well if i get anything new i will post.

I bought my bags from Ramses. He's a good guy. He's pretty close to me too. Your setup is looking much cleaner than mine.

hell yes ramses is the man. that dude hooks it up cheap too. i thought my set up was going to run close to 3k but with his help im knocking the stuff down one by one. i did the math and im going to be under 2k after said and done. i figure with time it i can build a nice decent quailty air system that doesnt drain me all in one shot. not only that but if i mess up then i can fix it and get info from you guys.

Hey charley how much is it gonna cost to do hybrid set up on the K sports? My friend told me his friend has a shop down here in cali that can do the air system on my coilovers for about $1500.

wow, 1500 is cheap if it includes install, bags, brackets, tank, switches, valves, lines, wiring, etc. that is really cheap. just my uas setup cost 2k, and i did the install myself, so if you get it for 1500, including labor, id do it.
