Default O2 Sensor Replacement, help.

My car needs a new o2. Its a '99 ES 300. Ebay has ones saying they will work for just under $60 shipped, however, the part number doesn't match mine. Physical appearance looks the same. Has anyone had success with the ebay replacements? Like this one?

Hey Lex99, I would not buy off from ebay. This person does not even have the brand listed. If I was you, I would buy the Denso sensors. They dont cost much relative to the toyota ones. These are the best ones for toyota. I used them in my car last year, and they still have the great after effects. Car drives good and better efficiency. Denso is the most reliable and the higher quality brand out there with a reasonable cost. Hope this helps.

I forgot to tell you, I had the same problem with the part number. Theres, I think 3 sensors for the 99 es300. They all look the same. But I think they have differenct sizes and different lock forms. For example front right, back front etc etc. You have to get the right one, otherwise they wont fit. Go to any mechanical shop and ask them that you need a sensor for your vehicle but dont know which one it is. Show them the area around which you need the sensor(under the hood) and they will be able to tell you which one you need. I would recommend autozone if there is one nearby. You can just ask them, and dont have to buy.
