How do I take off the factory pinstripes?

Two options:
1. Take a razorblade to the starting edge of the pinstripe and use a hairdryer to help peel it all the way off.
2. Just use your fingernail to get the pinstripe to peel, rip the whole thing off, and use tar and bug remover to get rid of all the gunk leftover.
