ok my car is getting worse with the engine to shake more than pulsate now and i have no clue what it is any guidance would help thanks

How is your rpm at idle and does it fluctuate when you have this pulsation?

Yes at idle why??

That's usually a symptom of the IACV gone awry. I've had that before with my RX300.

Should I go in clean it will that fix my problem???

That's a likely possibility. Another remote one is an exhaust leak near one of the two A/F sensors on the exhaust manifold, though that is less pronounced (a.k.a. not as well felt).

interesting I had my both my flex joints on my flex pipe replaced about two months ago I will take it back to the shop and have them see if it has a leak near there, but today i will go in and clean the IVAC

OK problem fixed it was my IACV which was dirty with carbon and even the throttle plate was nice and black so I cleaned both and also cleaned the inside of the intake as well and now the car turns over smooth as silk and no more pulsating feel

Spoke to soon I went for a test drive and my check engine light came on and the engine started to shake light started to flash went to auto zone and they told me that cylinder number two is misfiring. What did I do?? All I did was clean the IACV and throttle body, what could have caused this or is there a bad spark plug or wires HELP PLEASE!

Maybe whatever you used to clean the TB fouled out the plug. #2 is the front one on the left. Take out the plug and check it out.

Yeah cause I bought a new coil and its still doing it you think if I clean it that it will solve the problem?? Cause I used STP throttle cleaner which is O2 and catalytic safe. I cleaned the throttle body and sprayed cleaner inside the intake , scrubbed with a brush, dried it with a rag and put it back together. Thats all I did
