ES 300 93 HARD SHAKE AT startup goes away after hard rev

My car started to shake a bit at the beginning and after a rev it would go away i didnt think much of it
but now the shakes are harder and it seems i have to rev it harder
this only occurs in the morning when i first turn on the car
anyone know whats wrong

How long has it been since the last tune up? Does it happen more on colder mornings? If it has been a long time since the last tuneup, start there. If not, and it only occurs on cold mornings, check the cold start injector ( located on the intake plenum).
