CEL and TRAC OFF after fill-up
I have a 2000 es300 with 129,000 miles.
Within three miles of filling up the car it started running weird, then the check engine light started blinking, then the TRAC OFF came on and the car started vibrating pretty bad. By the time I got home both lights were constantly on. Put my OBD code reader on and it came back as P0305 or a cylinder 5 misfire
1. Is it normal for the TRAC OFF light to come on when the check engine light comes on?
2. Could bad gas be the culprit?
3. I guess start with pulling the plug, then what?

I sincerely appreciate your input.
When I filled up it was probably 35 degrees out and very very hazy. I live on the coast where it is always humid.
I switched out all my spark plugs as this was needed anyway. I erased the CEL and started the car up. Ran it for 5 minutes and no lights came on, but it was still idling rough. It is better, but not like normal.
Any suggestions are welcomed.
