Default Michelin Energy MXV4 S8 tires

Anyone used these tires and not satisfied? What are other tires that are better than this? Would like to stay with Michelin if possible.

That is an excellent tire choice for an ES. You will be pleased.

Michelin Pilot Exalto A/S worked very well on my 02 ES. Very quiet, less expensive than some Michelin models, awesome in rain and on dry pavement. They were pretty decent in snow, but I don't know how much that concerns you being in AL.

I got these for my 1998 ES300 and they ride very nicely. Purchased them from a local costco and they are offering 60-70 dollars off a set of 4 tires. I've had them for about a year now and not a single complaint.

I have the same. I have found them to be very good in snow with the WI winters. Very happy with these tires, 12k miles on them and look like new.

I need new tires due to the original owner not rotating them at all. The ones already on the car are practically new, but they are cupped and are quite loud at higher speeds. I need the new tires to be Quiet and good in snow. I have an 01 with 16 in wheels.

Any other suggestions other than what is above?

You could get the Primacy Alpin PA3 if you want good snow performance. They are not going to be as quiet or long lasting though. I considered these but went for the Primacy MXV4 in the end. They are not great in snow but not too bad either. I am super happy with these tires.
