Sorry about the accident man. First things first I have to slap you for putting a sticker on your paint wtf thats how you ruin it . Second go to car-part.com and find a bumper off the same color car and buy it. You don't have custom paint so it shouldn't be a problem. No amount of bondo will make that right on top of the fact that it would cost more to paint it than for a used bumper.

Use some body filler, smooth it out and then repaint. There's no shortcut here.

My uncle was the absolute master back in Mexico at doing paintwork and the only stuff he ever used was DuPont (I don't remember the specific name beyond that). Here, take a look at one of our projects on my RX300, https://www.clublexus.com/forums/rx3...e-markers.html

Unless your a body guy and know what your doing it won't look right ever. Even now I had mine professionally fixed when I had my respray and its still not perfect. I just looked it up a bumper on car-part.com is like $250. Why waste your time and money on paint when it won't ever be the same.

Honestly too much work, and it will not look nearly as good as OEM.

As someone mentioned, go to car-part.com and find one in the same color.

Lucky you didnt hit it harder and screw up the tailight assem. and/or the quarterpanel.

Buff out that chip in the quarterpanel.

-mike

I hope this helps.

Like i said] do not bother with the bumper used to work in a body shop, its simply not worth the labor and other costs, vs. a replacement.

actually, this is the second accident with my bumper. some lady BARELY tapped me. and then her license plate nut pierced a hole in my bumper.. everything else was fine except that. so it cost her $585 at my local autobody shop to repair it.
sand it down, fill it in, prime, repaint. and yes, if you remember my other post a while back, you can see the paint was off

i couldnt find the bumper! what did you search?

i REALLY, REALLY, appreciate the help CL family!!

Definately gonna have to replace the bumper as no amount of bodywork is gonna have it come out looking correctly. I just is not worth the cost over replacement. Where are you in Northern Va? You should drop down to the NELOC section and intro yourself, since CHOAS is slipping on the job again, lol!!! We have alot of local members in the area and will be kicking off the spring season soon.
