Default '92 - '96 es300 aftermarket front bumper question

Had a very minor fender bender the other day in my '94 es300. The right front corner of the bumper was scratched and scared pretty good and a small bend to the edge of the rt fender. I have taken it to 3 different collision repair shops just to get an idea of what it might costs. Estimates went from $900 - to about $1500 and all 3 shops recommended replacing the bumper istead of fixing the old one. They quoted me $265 for a new aftermarket bumper. They said that the time it would require to sand blast, sand and fill the old bumper, it would be more cost effective to just replace it with an aftermarket one.

My question is:

Are these aftermarket front bumpers on ebay junk (are roughly $160shipped)? or are they perfectly acceptable substitutes? or should I just get a used one from a junk yard for $100?

Also, I do realize that the fogs are different for the '92-'94 vs the '95-'96. But it shouldn't affect which year bumper I purchase since its only the lower grill that is different and not the bumper cover.

Here is an ebay example:

My plan is to purchase a used or aftermarket bumper myself so that I can keep the costs down as much as possible.

Any input is appreciated!
