Early this morning Check Engine Lights came on, so I took it to autozone and they told me my spark plugs were misfiring and as well as o2sensor. I was in a hurry so I forgot to get the codes for it. I have 02 ES300 with 114k miles on it, I knew I needed new plugs. It drives pretty rough now, jerks here and there. How many o2sensors do I have? i think he said i needed the one on the front... is it okay to drive the car like this for few days? or should i get it done NOW?
thanks,
Tae

Its always best to get it done ASAP before something else messes up. I am not sure how many o2sensors is on that model but I would guess there is only 1 in front and if that is the one he said the code brought up then you should change that one. Someone else can jump in on this if they have messed with these ES before..

Got back from another Parts Store and Got the Codes...
P0300 Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire
P0301 Cylinder 1 Misfire
P0303 Cylinder 3 Misfire
P0305 Cylinder 5 Misfire
P0171 System Too Lean(Bank1)
P1130 Manufacture Control Fuel Air Metering
Anyone know what last two codes mean? System Too Lean BANK 1 is the very first oxygen sensor(if you start from engine area to end of exhaust) right?

P1130 - Air/Fuel Ratio Sensor Circuit Range/Performance Malfunction(Bank 1 Sensor 1)
is what I found on the net... Is this mean this code and P0171 is regarding same part/sensor? Some dealer said Air/Fuel Ratio Sensor and Oxygen sensor is the same and some say it's different. Also one dealer said it could be the sensor or valve(???) which i wasn't really clear on... anyone else have experienced this kind of problems? Quick response would be greatly appreciated because I have to order parts first thing in the morning....
thanks,
Tae

I actually had this same problem twice about 6 months apart from each other. Same engine codes, and bad sputtering as your described back up in your first post.
First time it was a sensor (I honestly couldn't tell you what sensor, I can't remember as the dealer had to fix and pay for it.)
2nd time it was ignitions coils.
I suggest you get it into the shop ASAP and get it repaired. as driving it could cause some severe damaged.
